To maintain their shape, we suggest hand washing our comforters. Please avoid tumble drying, bleaching, or ironing our knits; just hang them to dry.
Knitted garments can snag easily. If you notice a looped thread, gently push it back into the knit without pulling!
We aim to ship all orders placed before 11 AM, Monday through Friday, on the same day. Please note that this excludes pre-orders and personalised items.
Delivery is usually 2-3 days from shipment date.
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50. For all orders under £50 a delivery charge of £3.49 will apply. Please note free delivery cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Orders including pre-order items will be sent together once the pre-order item is available for dispatch.
Personalised items will be delivered within two weeks and once an order is placed, this cannot be cancelled.
