We aim to ship all orders placed before 11 AM, Monday through Friday, on the same day. Please note that this excludes pre-orders and personalised items.
Delivery is usually 2-3 days from shipment date.
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £50. For all orders under £50 a delivery charge of £3.49 will apply. Please note free delivery cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Orders including pre-order items will be sent together once the pre-order item is available for dispatch.
Personalised items will be delivered within two weeks and once an order is placed, this cannot be cancelled.
Although, we are confident you are going to love your Bertie and Me purchase, we appreciate that there may be occasions when you wish to return your item(s).
Our policy allows you to return any unwanted item(s) within 14 days after delivery. All returned items must be unused, in original condition and have any labels attached.
Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable. However, if you wish to return a sale item, we will be more than happy to provide you with a store credit (to be used within 3 months).
Personalised items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Please email returns@bertieandme.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of your order detailing what item(s) you wish to return and the reason why. Please ensure you include your name, contact details and order number.
When returning your items, please ensure you include a note with your name, contact details, order number and the item(s) enclosed within the package. It is your choice which courier/ postal service you use however, please ensure this is a tracked service as Bertie and Me Ltd are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO GET PROOF OF POSTAGE AS BERTIE AND ME ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS.
